Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.

your order will be processed when the transaction is complete. as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. this email will include carrier and tracking information for your parcel. dispatch of orders may take up to 5 business days. please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. however, we cannot be held liable for any delay that we are not accountable for.


Shipping Carrier
We currently use POSTNORD as our shipping Carrier. 

Shipping Rates

Sweden: Postnord first class letter - 66 SEK

EU: Postnord International Tracked Letter - 13 EUR

Delivery Times

Orders within Sweden will take 1-3 days to arrive from the day you received the shipping confirmation. Orders to remaining countries will be delivered within 2-5 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.


Please note that during swedish national holidays, orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch.
 
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that if your return is accepted we will deduct the shipping cost of the return label from the total refunded amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@miroma.se.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
